1. What is polymer clay jewellery?

Polymer clay jewellery is a type of handmade jewellery that is crafted using polymer clay as the main material. It is a versatile and lightweight material that allows for intricate designs and vibrant colors.

2. Are polymer clay jewellery pieces durable?

Yes, polymer clay jewellery pieces are durable. They are made with attention to detail and use high-quality materials like polymer clay and 18k gold plating. This ensures that each piece is not only beautiful but also long-lasting.

3. How should I care for my polymer clay jewellery?

To care for your polymer clay jewellery, follow these tips:

  • Store your pieces in a jewellery box or stand to prevent them from getting damaged or tangled.
  • Avoid exposing your jewellery to direct sunlight, heat, water, perfumes, and alcohols as these can cause damage.
  • Avoid bending, tugging, or rough use that can lead to breakage.
  • If marks or tarnish occur, wipe down the jewellery with a wet cloth and then dry it with a microfiber cloth to restore its sparkle.

4. What is your refund policy?

We have done our best to ensure the quality of our products are durable, however on the rare occasion your item has unfortunately broken due to faults with our materials, findings, or clay, we will honor an exchange of the broken item within 30 days of receiving the package. Please provide a photo of the broken item and proof of purchase for us to discuss the best solution. Please note that Sale/Seconds items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

We do not refund or replace items for small imperfections or inconsistencies that may occur in handmade jewellery, such as small bubbles, slight variances in colour, or small marks. These imperfections do not affect the durability or overall aesthetic of the piece.

We also do not replace or refund items that have been damaged due to rough handling, temperature damage, change of mind, wear and tear from regular use, or not reading the item description. We are not liable or responsible for replacing lost earrings that fall off and get lost during use. 

5. What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard and express shipping options:

  1. Standard Post: 5-10 business days on average once dispatched*
  2. Express Post: 2-4 business days to arrive once dispatched. Please note that AusPost no longer offers guaranteed next business day shipping.

Processing times for our items are 2-4 business days since some pieces are made to order. This processing time does not include shipping time.
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number for you to keep an eye on and receive updates.

Please note that once the parcel has left our premises, we are no longer liable or responsible for any damages, late shipments, or lost goods caused by AusPost. Refunds or replacements won't be granted on this basis.
