Domestic Shipping
- Standard Post: 5-10 business days on average once dispatched*
- Express Post: 2-4 business days to arrive once dispatched. (AusPost is prioritising Express over Parcel Post, but no longer offer guaranteed next business day shipping)
- Items have a 2-4 business days processing time since some pieces are made to order, please be aware this does not include shipping time. Since all of my items are completely hand made, the processing time is needed to make them durable and well made.
Dispatched Order
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to keep track of your shipment. Please be aware that once the package has left our premises, we are no longer liable for any damages, late shipments, or lost goods caused by the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacements will not be granted on this basis.
