Shipping policy

Updated May 8th (COVID-19 Shipping Delays)

1. Standard Post: 5-10 business days on average once dispatched*
2. Express Post: 2-4 business days to arrive once dispatched. (AusPost is prioritising Express over Parcel Post, but no longer offer guaranteed next business day shipping)

Processing Times

• Items have a 2-4 business days processing time since some pieces are made to order, please be aware this does not include shipping time. Since all of my items are completely hand made, the processing time is needed to make them durable and well made.
• Free standard shipping applies directly at the cart for orders over $50

Liability

*Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email that includes the tracking number for you to keep an eye on and receive updates. When the Parcel has left our premises we are no longer liable or responsible for any damages, late shipments or lost goods caused by AusPost. Please note refunds or replacements won't be granted on this basis.
